Property and Cancellation Policies:

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund.

If guests cancel after that, payment is required for each night guests stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Not suitable for children (2-12 years)
  • Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • No events allowed
  • Check-in time is from 3PM. Check-out time is by 11AM. 
  • When in the apartment, kindly close all windows and doors if using the AC otherwise the AC will start to drip.
  • When leaving the apartment, kindly turn off the AC, lights and fan. 
  • While the neighbourhood is safe, it is still important to remember to lock the doors, close the windows and exercise general caution as you would at home.
  • There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. 
  • Please use the provided beach towels at the beach. 
  • Please air dry ALL towels before dropping them into the laundry basket as this avoids smells and mildew, as well as negates us having to wash towels multiple times. If towels are left wet and additional soaking/washing is required, guests may be charged an additional $20 usd.
  • Please do NOT use towels to remove make up or sun tan lotion. Please do NOT eat on the bed. Please also ensure ALL make up and sun tan lotion is removed prior to sitting/lying on the arm chair/bed. If make up/sun tan lotion/food stains are found on the towels/linens and additional soaking/washing is required, guests will be charged an additional $20 usd. If the stains cannot be removed, guests will be further charged for the replacement cost of the item(s).
  • Three rolls of toilet paper will be provided and you may purchase more from the supermarket.
  • Please take out the garbage before checking out and place garbage INSIDE the garbage containers.
  • If you break anything, please let me know at the same time it occurs. There will likely be no impact on security deposit however this gives me time to replace the glass/plate etc before the next guests arrive.
